adop phase=prepare existing with status 1

Hi,

Environment : EBS R12.2.0

Database: 12.1.0.2.0

Created new R12.2.0 vision instance, to upgrade the applications ran checkDBpatch.sh, checkMTpatch.sh and applied the missing patches.

   Then trying to run adop phase=prepare getting error, and I found in fs2 file system appl folder is missing ( if I tried to copy from fs1 file system and rerun prepare phase it is going to delete)
