Users with Default password

Hi all,

I need some advice on EBS database users as i have very little knowledge of EBS application.

Recently we had an audit and they found the below list of users with the default passwords. We have checked and found that we do not use these modules. Can anyone advise the safest way to lock the user without impact any functionality of the application.
