Oracle 12.1 Bundle Patches

Hi All

I recently applied the October 2017 Quarterly windows Bundle patch (WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH 12.1.0.2.171017(64bit):26720785) to an 12.1.0.2 database I administer.

The database was subsequently scanned using an external tool to report on vulnerabilities and it listed a number of these as being present that would be addressed by applying CPU's from 2015 and 2016.

Does the above Windows Bundle patch not contain cumulative fixes for the vulnerabilities previously fixed by those CPU's?
