Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Getting error when populating serial number in Collection Plan

Hi All,

When iam trying to populate serial number using seeded collection element serial number used in collection plan. Getting below error message.

Error: The seeded validation string cannot validate the data for collection element Serial Number.

Attached screenshot of the error message. Any insight on the issue and how to resolve it will be really helpful.
