What is the impact if we haven't upload Budget Journal 2018 but PO already created?
Dear Oracle,
I would like to know, whether in here you have this same condition like this.
Accounting User already created Open Budget Period for year 2018, created Budget Organization, set Budgetary Control (advisory) but user haven't : run carryforward encumbrance and upload Budget Journal 2018.
Meanwhile, user already created PR/PO 2018, already receipt PO 2017 and 2018.
What I would like to know are, whether:
1. What is the impact if we did not upload budget journal yet to GL?
2. Can we run the carryforward encumbrance after upload budget journal? and after that revised the budget journal again?
Because we have constraint, that we cannot close ADJ-17 in GL since we still waiting for audit adjustment. While if we need to run carryforward, we need to closed last period of the fiscal year.
