Installing 12.1.0.2 grid on Windows Server 2016

Hi,

I am installing Oracle Grid 12.1.0.2 on Windows Server 2016 and everything is working fine until it started the 'Grid Infrastructure Configuration'. I have checked the logs and it shows the following:

2018-01-16 17:19:24: Executing cmd: C:\app\12.1.0\grid\bin\crsctl stop res ora.drivers.acfs -init

2018-01-16 17:19:24: Command output:

>  CRS-2500: Cannot stop resource 'ora.drivers.acfs' as it is not running

>  CRS-4000: Command Stop failed, or completed with errors.

>End Command output

2018-01-16 17:19:24: Executing 'C:\app\12.1.0\grid\bin\acfsroot.bat install'

2018-01-16 17:19:24: Executing cmd: C:\app\12.1.0\grid\bin\acfsroot.bat install

2018-01-16 17:19:41: Command output:

>  ACFS-9300: ADVM/ACFS distribution files found.
