Issues with custom dll.

Is anyone having issues with custom dll's in 9.2. Specifically 9.2.2.1. When I change the parent dll from custom to CFIN, the process works fine. If I leave the custom BSFN in CCUSTOM or in our custom dll CTACORP, the BSFN builds but doesn't work. Again, no build errors, and the function is called, but simply doesn't work. These were running fine prior to 9.2.2.1.
