Can Import Assistant default be set to show Cell Range instead of Import All in JDE 9.2

We are upgrading to 9.2 and would like to know if we can change the default setting when importing data from a CSV file.  Currently the Step 2 Define Cell Range is defaulted to Import All, is there a way to set the default to have the Import All unchecked?
