CS 9.0 to CS 9.2 - UPGCUST copy error

Upgrading CS 9.0 to CS 9.2 - I'm as the Change Assistant upgrade step to copy UPGCUST from demo to target.  In change assistant when this step runs I get the following error:  "This project contains Peoplecode that needs to be compiled before a copy to database can take place".  Any idea what this is or how to handle?
