soa-infra failed

Hi!,

I have a cluster environment, and after a restart, soa-infra fails to start with these errorsi n both nodes of the soa_cluster.

weblogic.application.ModuleException: Unable to bind EJB Home Interface to the JNDI name: TaskReportServiceBean. NestedException Message is :TaskReportServiceBean is already bound
