Forecast column calculation

Dear Experts,

How to exclude Actuals in Forecast column amounts  in Project planning and control? This forecast plan is primary forecast enabled plan type.

Oracle standard formula for Forecast seems to be Actuals + ETC.

But, what we wish to have for forecast is ETC (which is Open commitments and Change orders for ETC source. ) but not actuals. But system always considering actuals automatically even if we set timephase by as None.

Please advise, if any extension for forecast calculation or any place we can change default forecast column formula?
