Hello !!

Can you suggest the feasibility of  "Amazon connect" CTI with Siebel CRM.

- Any suggestion please

- Also if anyone has worked on the same, please share what are key factors need to consider for to design "Amazon connect" CTI integration with Siebel CRM.

Currently Amazon Connect have CTI solution with Salesforces.

Does custom Adapter needed, any guidance please.
