Manual general entries approval process

Hi,

We have a requirement to have supervisor's approval for manual journals based on specific criteria.

Is there any standard functionality in Oracle to support all/any of below scenarios?

1st Category: Journal Entries above a defined threshold 

ex: closing journal entries related to P&L above 100000

closing journal entries related to balance sheet above 10000

2nd Category: Journal entries created at unusual date & time

Ex: journal entries created on a public holiday or on during a weekend

journal entries whose creation date is more than 60 days after the posting date

journal entries created between midnight and 6am

the last 10 journal entries before closing
