Cycle Count Entry screen not accessible

Good day

Our client is upgrading from 8.11 to 9.2, we are now at Unit testing phase.

The Row exit button on the Cycle Count entry screen is not there:

Our security level as consutants is SYSADMIN, but it is now clear that this is not a security issue.

What else can we check?
