Requisition Comments Table/Record Name

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 with PT8.53 and no image, kindly review below screenshot in the requisition of ours we would like to know whats' the table/record name where the comments are stored line wise. Highlighted in the three screenshots below, the first screen showing the area where we click to enter comments, the other two screen displays the information we would like to retrieve line wise. Any ambiguity or any further information you may require kindly don't hesitate to let me know.
