Not able to send Email notification on Complete to Initiator and Approvers

Hi All,

I have a SOA project, for approval process. the task assignment happens like this.

1. FYI_Participant (Creator/Initiator)

2. Approvers (Serial participants)

I want to send email notification to Initiator as well as to the previous approvers acted on the task in case of REJECT.

I checked I can send email notification from tab by using Complete action email setup. But how to send email notification for both FYI_Initiator and Approvers ??

Also in case of Complete Email notification goes into Junk May I know why ?
