Organization Forecasting

Hi All,

As per Project Foundation implementation steps:

PJF-F1.1, 1.2, 1.3, & 1.4... reflects to define unique entities for Organization Forecasting.

Here need guidance that what the Organization Forecasting is? Means is this forecasting of Project Organization? If so, then what in the case if the Business Group is classified as Project Organization (instead of creating separate organization for projects). Ad how the Organization Forecasting is performed using the unique entities defined purely for Organization Forecasting.

Feel free to get detail/clarification of my query (if not clear) before replying the answer.
