Assigning Scheduled Resource to a Task
Hi,
I want to assign a scheduled resource at Project level to its task.
1. Created a requirement at project level.
2. Filled requirement. Resource is approved. Scheduling status is 'Confirmed', approval status is 'Approved'.
3. Now for assignment to task, in the workplan tab, Task> Update Task > Add Roles > Add Planning Resources
Team role is now available at Task.
But if "Create Team Roles" button is clicked, it shows up just added planning resource. Then it creates a new requirement in Resource workbench.
Question: Isn't it wrong that new requirement is being created even though team role is approved? Or am I doing something wrong?
