Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. <User A> should have access to maintain the all projects except <PROJECT N>.

Module : Oracle Projects

user name : USER A
Project number : PROJECT N

<User A> should have access to maintain the all projects except <PROJECT N>.

<User A> should not able to view the <PROJECT N> data from Oracle Projects.

Same time the <USER A> should able to enter their OTL time sheet for <PROJECT N> in OTL.

How can we solve this above scenario ?
