Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there an API for Load/Copy/Merge MDS functionality in R 12.1.3?

We have a requirement to manipulate MDS data once all SOs are loaded. do we have an API for Load/Copy/Merge MDS functionality?
