Branch/Plant Constants - System Constants

Hello,

We have multiple Inventory warehouses and currently are doing our Unit of Measure Conversion at the Item Master level for all items.  It has been requested that we need the ability to set the UOM Conversion at the Branch/Plant level so that it does not affect the Item Master or other Branch/Plants.  For example, wire has a standard UOM of spool.  Fab warehouse uses it by the spool, ICG warehouse uses it by the feet and another warehouse may use it by the yard.  We need the box checked to allow the UOM conversion to be done at the BP
