Issue in Web logic server start after deploying Customer Engagement version 17 war files

I am following customer engagement v 17 installation guide and completed all the steps. after deploying the war files. started node manager then started managed server though web logic UI as per guide.

Server is starting but failing after some time with below error. I am using oracle linux7 , 12c database and weblogic as per guide.

Please let us know if anyone have faced this issue and have any solution or I am missing any steps.
