Creating Territories and Assigning Customers to Collectors

Hi,

In R12.2.4, I do not find any document or guide that clearly tells step-by-step how to create territories and assign customers to collectors.

Does anybody have a document that shows us the process of creating territories and assigning the customer accounts to collectors with the new territories?
