Japanese characters in MSCA

Hi, we are looking at deploying Oracle WMS (r12) in Japan. I have been looking to find documentation on how to enable Japanese language in MSCA so that local operators can use scanners in Japanese. Is anybody aware and could point me to the source that could provide some overview on how to do this?
