Oracle Linux 7.4 GUI looks like a sheet if connect to server through VNC and doesn't look like local

I deployed new Oracle Linux 7.4 and all work perfectly. I am using with server locally usual, but my boss wants to connect and work with server through VNC. I have executed "Configuring a VNC Server" chapter from "Oracle® Linux Administrator's Guide for Release 7" document, and now I can connect to server under oracle user over TigerVNC server and client, but over VNC server's GUI looks very bad. Please see difference.

This is original GUI window if I work with server locally:

But if I connect to server through VNC the picture is very bad and I don't have full GUI functionality:
