Development - how to disable unused BPs?

Development - we upgraded BPs and of course some BPs are now outdated and we don't use them anymore.

How do I "disable" these BP's?

The reason for the question is - I enabled 7 BPs for mobile usage and when trying to set up the configuration package, I received a error/warning that 13 extra BPs will be imported along with the mobile enabled ones. Some of the one that would be imported is long outdated and not in use anymore - see attachment for details - the ones that are stroke through are old ones.

How can we work around this?
