AR To GL Reconciliation Report completed empty

I was running the AR to GL Reconciliation report for NOV-17 and it completed with empty output.  Both periods are close in AR and GL.  I run it DEV and UAT instance and I received the report.   Is there a reason its not running in production? I attached the LOG file.
