reliable downgrade plan

Hi all

We already did an upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2 version in our lower environment and we will have our PROD upgrade very soon. As one reliable rollback plan, we like to have a reliable downgrade plan just in case and we like to test it in one of our lower environments.

So as part of the best practice before to the actual upgrade on the lower environment we took a guarantee database restore point , FULL export dump and a cold backup including all the files.

And also we checked and know the standard procedure of the downgrade
