Hostname and Port number problem with Standalone Mangment Agent (13.2) installation

I’m running into issue installing Standalone Management Agents
using add host targets.

Here is the error message I got

Here are the steps I have done:

On the EM control server (EMCTL), I have add the entry of the
database server (RACDB2) IP and name to the /etc/hosts

On the database server (RACDB2), I have add the entry of the
EM control server(ECMTL) IP and name to the /etc/hosts

I have create oma user on RACDB2, and also created the
/u01/emagent directory own by oma:oinstall

oma can sudo to root without password

I also opened the port
