weblogic.management.DeploymentExceptions (The system cannot find the file specified)

Hi Guys,

I'm receiving weblogic.management.DeploymentExceptions (The system cannot find the file specified).  All I did was stop and start for an OS patch to be completed.

So no the bi_server always starts in ADMIN mode. Huh? Any clues as to how I fix this or what I may have done wrong? Let me know if you need logs and which ones.
