Projected Hierarchy change in coming release

All Experts,

I came across below scenario.

currently we are on rpas v.15.0.3.20 upgrading v.16 soon but we have major season level change in CLND hierarchy.(it's not hier structure change FYI)

we have 2 season Summer(23 July- 22 Jan) and Winter (23 Jan- 22July) every year but now RMS suppose to send change in season Summer(23 Sept - 22 Mar) and Winter (23 Mar- 22 Sept)

Questions are

1. How do we compensate this change with existing domain?

2. What happen for existing approved plans by middle out at season level BD, CP,OP ?

3. How will this impact TD, MO, BU planning roles overall (to be more specific )
