Unique constraint error on Replication

Hello,

I'm seeing unique constraint error on replication - specifically around inventoryDAO and Stock ledger DAO  like below 

dtv.xst.dao.inv.impl.InventoryJournalDAO 1000::101::2::1514505600000::1134::1::1 dtv.xst.dao.inv.impl.StockLedgerDAO 1000::101::ON_HAND::DEFAULT::101222

any idea why it would thorugh Unique constraint and important qtn - since its unique constraint should i be more concerned or just ignore - but still curious why this error show up in replication.

any thought would be really helpful
