Getting error 'JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300000002562587 ]' ,

We are trying to update eff fields on fulfillment line id  after submission of an order, using RecieveOrderRequestService through SOAPUI. But we are getting below error:

JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300000002562587 ]

Has anybody tried this successfully,please provide a sample payload.
