We recently upgraded from 8.1.1.11.3 to IP 16, patchset 11. Since then one of our users is facing an issue. Upon login into Siebel, instead of the home page, he sees the below error.

SBL-DAT-00306: Searching is not allowed.

Its not desktop specific, its not environment specific and it is also intermittent.

Can some one help resolve the issue?
