T5-2 with MB 7076601 experiencing fault.chassis.voltage.fail

Within the past 2 months we have seen 6 T5-2, dual processor, MB part number 7076601 experience fault.chassis.voltage.fail   SPT-8000-DH

In each case it call out either CM0 or CM1 as the component.

We cleared the fault, however upon start /SYS  the fault reappears with known good mem + carriers.

The original memory and memory carriers test good in other systems.

The sys fw is 9.6.20.b

Is this an issue with the 7076601?
