Billing Interface (CA_BI_INTFC) Error
I'm having Billing Interface Error. It says that there are "No Bill Plans were processed" but I have a Bill Plan attached to my Contract and Project. See attached screenshots.
I've also reviewed and followed the Oracle Support Doc ID 1313188.1 and Doc ID 622184.1 for the similar issue but I'm still receiving the error. The Billing Inteface (CA_BI_INTFC) previously worked for me when I tested in the past so I'm not sure what happened.
I'm attached some additional supporting documents if you can help and point me to the right area to look. Thank you!
