Install Jan 2018 PSU on 12.1.0.2 using opatch and omit single patch 22652097?

Hi community,

I have non-trivial questions, as my self-search seems to show, hence I ask them here...

I would like to apply the Jan 2018 PSU on a 12.1.0.2 database home using opatch, and I would like the single patch 22652097 to NOT get installed (due to problems of this one in regard to some application).

(Besides, the mentioned patch is included in the PSU of Oct 2017. It replaces the DB parameter "optimizer_adaptive_features" by the two parameters "optimizer_adaptive_plans" and "optimizer_adaptive_statistics". The applications requires the old parameter to be present and adjustable.)

Hence my questions:

1. Is there a way to tell opatch to install the Jan 2018 PSU AND completely omit
