Active Data Guard databases aren't registered in GSM (VLD26)

Hello Guys,

I'm trying to add my broker configuration to Oracle GDS, but after that the databases aren't registered in GSM and also any instance of these databases isn't registered in GSM as well, so I'm not able to add any active service on it.
