Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Difficult adding multiple segments under Additional Assignment Details Under Worker Status Change

I have follow the direction of the Doc ID 958912.1 but I can only see one segment and I'm trying to add multiple. What else am I missing?
