Discover Cisco Switches

I am trying to discover a cisco switch using the guided discovery.  all snmp and account systems are setup correctly and I can snmpwalk to it as oracle.  When it discovers it, it does not give a photorealistic view or table and has limited info about the switch.  On the guided discovery, I used the GRID Control  host agent as the EMD as well.  Any suggestions?
