Accrual After Upgrade - Clarifications
Hi Expert,
We are upgrading Ebiz from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.6 and ran the SLA Pre-upgrade program with start date 01-Jan-2017 (for e.g).
After upgrade, we run Accrual Reconciliation Load program. We understand that oracle suggested to leave the start date blank when it is run first time to populate the historical data.
Please provide your input on my clarification below:
scenario 1:
1) Receipt (100 GBP) which transaction date is 02-Sep-2016 (for e.g)- It has accrual balance 100 GBP.
2) Receipt (120 GBP) transaction date is 02-Sep-2016 and Invoice (120 GBP) date is 01-Jan-2017 - Accrual balance is NIL
a) What start date will system consider when I run Accrual reconciliation load run after upgrade. Will the start date be 01-Jan-2017 (SLA pre-upgrade date) or 02-Sep-2016 (historical date)?
