How to Enable office365 mail server in Siebel ?

Now We use the office365 mail system as siebel's mail server. Press the Office365 mail system's instructions：

Server name: smtp.office365.com

Port: 587

Encryption method: STARTTLS

We configure Siebel mail Profile, but send mail, the system displays an error:

EMR_Log GenericError 1 0005be105a5022bc:0 2018-01-09 18:32:39 SMTP server unavailable: 504 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type [SG2PR0302CA0021.apcprd03.prod.outlook.com]
