Tax registration number - field validation

Hello All,

Is it possible to add field validation on tax registration number field in tax profile page.

eg: VAT number is 15 digit numeric, we want that when user save the value system should validate the tax registration field for 15 digit and numeric,, as of now there is no validation on tax registration number field.
