Cannot run explorer after install Oracle Services Tools Bundle (STB)

Hi

I had been having problems run the explorer after install the STB tool. By OS is 11.3

My explorer version is 8.17.17.9 below is the error message

RDA-00013: Error reported by the command "run":

RDA-20413: Reporting control object initialization error:

RDA-22311: Filter error:

RDA-06141: Filter code error:

* Unmatched ( in regex; marked by <-- HERE in m/(\b|\bnode|_)( <-- HERE

kindly advice what is happen I had already log case to oracle but they keep asking me to uninstall and reinstall the explorer.

Still failed to resolve the issue.
