E1 - Tag table

Hi There

We would like to store additional information against a record in F0411 (AP table).

What we would like to store is the address book number of the person who approved the invoice. We use concur for Invoice approvals, and would like to store the address book number of the person who approved the invoice in JDE. This is required so when the payment group is created against an invoice, we can also show the person who approved the invoice.

Does anyone has any suggestions on how this can be achieved?

I have heard about tag tables in JDE, but i am not too familiar with the process. In an ideal world, I would like to utilise any existing functionality if possible.
