R12 PIM: How to change 'Copy Item Details' default option

While creating an item through APC pages, using copy from existing functionality, 'Apply template first, then copy' option is getting defaulted in 'Copy Item Details' section. How to change this value as the business wants to copy the item attributes first and then apply template attributes.
