How do you make the case for Orchestrator (AIS) vs Business Services (BSSV)?

Does anyone have any documentation, case studies, examples of when you should use Orchestrator (AIS) vs BSSV for integrations?  I am curious to get more information pros/cons and any overwhelming arguments for using on or the other.  I assume it will be a case by case basis but maybe there are some strong points that direct you to one or the other.
