Opatch 11.1.0.10.2 download??

Anyone know where/how I can download OPatch version "11.1.0.10.2".   I'm getting an error during patch analysis (attempting to patch OEM 12c agent) that says:

PREREQ_MESG:OPatch that is of version "11.1.0.10.2" and platform "226" is not found in the Software Library.
PREREQ_REMEDY:MANUAL
PREREQ_REMEDY_DETAILS:Upload the OPatch that is of version "11.1.0.10.2" and platform "226" to the Software Library manually or run OPatch Update job.

I've been searching, but haven't found it.

Any help is appreciated.
