Problems creating a new Sub Transaction Type in IB

Hello,

        I am attempting to create a new Sub Transaction Type in IB. I am not able to create a new name and was wondering how or ware I add new names that can be user to create a new type? I can only choose from the existing LOV for the name.

Oracle install Base admin>Set Ups>Transaction Subtypes

Any help is greatly appreciated
