Install dbmmgmt (dbmcli) 12.1.2.3.6

I am looking for a package rpm to install dbmmgmt image 12.1.2.3.6 in db servers.

The rpm name should be something similar to "exadata-dbmmgmt-12.1.2.3.6.170713-1.noarch.rpm".

I found Doc ID 2134218.1 that points to patch 23564912. However, this patch contains older rpm image versions (up to 12.1.2.3.2).

Does anybody know where to find exadata-dbmmgmt-12.1.2.3.6 rpm?
